Anyone can learn yoga and enjoy its many benefits, including greater strength,
vitality, flexibility, reduced tension and inner calm – and you don’t have to be
a contortionist or even touch your toes! Classes are non-competitive and allow
each student to progress at his or her own pace, regardless of fitness level.
Becky's classes are based on the principles of Classical Hatha Yoga, Iyengar
Yoga and Structural Yoga Therapy. Each class includes postures for building a
strong and flexible body, focused breathing and guided deep relaxation. Emphasis
is placed on precise yet gentle body alignment to safely achieve maximum
benefit.
